The Medicine Woman’s Prayer
I will not rescue you,for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
for you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness
as you remember your light.

Spiritual Direction, or Spiritual Companionship, offers conversation and discernment about how Spirit is at work within one’s life. This is especially helpful when engagement in a contemplative practice brings about a new level of awareness.
Diving deep into soul work can be a vulnerable experience that I believe deserves and needs holy listening and witnessing. My goal is to provide warm, nourishing encounters informed by the Jungian principle of reciprocal individuation – enhancing our own personal development as well as building and sustaining kinship with all of creation.
Sessions are typically one hour long and are usually scheduled monthly. Sylvia’s hourly rate is $75. If you’d like more information, please email.
Sylvia is a graduate of both the Dreamwork and Spiritual Direction programs at Haden Institute and has mentored ten students through Haden’s SD program.

An alternative route to the same typing, The Narrative Enneagram Test, provides videos to illustrate types and provides short narratives to help identify your type.
Myers-Briggs Personality Test – The Myers-Briggs personality inventory is a tool which uses Carl Jung’s psychological types to make them understandable and accessible for people. This inventory for self-knowledge has been helpful in various professional settings, such as spiritual direction.
