Welcoming Prayer: This week we’ll discuss The Introduction of the Contemplative Outreach Welcoming Prayer praxis booklet. “Centering Prayer teaches us consenting in stillness; the Welcoming Prayer practice teaches us consenting in activity. Like Martha and Mary, they complement one another with balance and wholeness. And with that balance and wholeness, what were once separate experiences become one seamless experience.”
